  • Wir suchen eine/n Property Manager Technic (m/w/d), der in eingebettet in sein Team die technischen Agenden des zugeordneten Portfolios selbstständig übernimmt und unseren Kunden als serviceorientierter Ansprechpartner in technischen Fragen zu Verfügung steht. Der aber insbesondere lösungsorientiert die Sicherheit und das Wohlbefinden unserer Mieter im Auge hat.
  • Betreuung eines der schönsten Portfolien in Wien
  • Qualitätsorientierte, gebäudetechnische Objektbetreuung der anvertrauten Immobilien
  • Steuerung der externen Dienstleister und Wartungsunternehmen, insbesondere im technischen und infrastrukturellen Facility Management
  • Durchführung von regelmäßigen, qualitätsorientierten Objektbegehungen sowie Baustellenkoordination und Bauaufsicht für Ihre Objekte
  • Budgetierung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Kosten in den Bereichen TGM- und IGM-Steuerung
  • Planung, Vergabe und Abwicklung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Überwachung von Gewährleistungsfristen und Durchführung des Gewährleistungsmanagements
  • Erstellung von regelmäßigen Reports, Kennzahlen (Benchmarking) und Dokumentationen
  • Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen zur technischen Optimierung der betreuten Objekte
  • Einhaltung aller Auflagen und Vorschriften, insbesondere bei Wartungen, Prüfungen inkl. zugehöriger Mangelbeseitigungen sowie aller Health & Safety-Vorgaben

  • Analytisches Denken und Handeln sowie eine präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Die Fähigkeit, auch in Stresssituationen ruhig und fokussiert zu bleiben
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamplayerqualitäten
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. HTL, Fachschule o.ä.)
  • 3-5 Jahre einschlägige Berufspraxis
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS-Office und Interesse an IT Lösungen
  • CAFM und SAP Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Perfekte Deutsch-Kenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
  • gute Englisch-Kenntnisse sind ein Vorteil
